Minoti's light blue tulle party dress falls in tiers from the waist, so the skirt keeps its shape through a whole afternoon without being straightened. The base is polka dot with floral embroidery scattered across it, giving detail up close and from across the room. A cotton lining keeps the tulle off the skin, which counts on a warm afternoon indoors. Flutter sleeves carry a ruffle trim at the edge, and buttons at the back mean it comes off without a struggle.
